The spirit work requires trained servers

There will always be work on the field of good in the harvest of Jesus. And the better prepared the server, the better will also be his work and greater the number of hearts to be supported.

Many spirit centers require workers who understand, indeed what is a work done with kindness, harmony and humility, where it avoids personalizing what slaughter, delays and discourages the blessed purpose of Spiritism: comfort through the light of Love.

Because of this concern, Carlos Campetti, in partnership with his wife Vera Campetti, wrote the book titled Psychic Work - challenges and possibilities.

The work of simple understanding and aiming to be just a handout - it took ten years to be produced, because its purpose is to provide assistance to people interested in practicing mediumship more safely and productively, according to Jesus guidance and Allan Kardec coding - seeks to guide workers, groups and centers to conduct a more solid and effective activity in the field of psychic practice.

The basic works of Spiritism, as the ones codified by Kardec and other notable written by renowned authors and related, give us the necessary understanding and the correct way to achieve the accomplished work in a spirit center.

If these serious and respected works were really studied and its teaching and guidance were assimilated, sincerely the current context of the spiritual movement would be different it would be much better and more fruitful.

Given this, there is also some concern about the quality of spirit literature currently produced in our country, because, just as faults can occur on work done in a center activities, it can be given with respect to the book task.

We all know that if there is a reliable material, it may be held a very positive work in all sectors of spirit activity. And - even better - if there is discipline and love in conducting our tasks, blessed work may be achieved for the benefit of both planes of life.

Dr. Bezerra de Menezes, charity master, has long warned of the dangers that lack of surveillance and accommodation can cause.

A matter from what it derives and as such very delicate is this self-interest, very often between spirit center’s workers and also common in psychic practice.

We must therefore keep us vigilant, as pride and lack of surveillance are as everyone knows, open doors for individual and collective obsession.

Otherwise, if humility, solidarity, understanding and love are the basis of the work done for sure the steps will be following as the great teachings, so it is not a group, an opinion or a worker who deserve to be featured, but only the work focused on the good that it can be performed in the harvest of Jesus, in which, as He himself said, the task is very large but the workmen are few.
