Which country is this?

Nowadays it is happening in Brazil moments that we thought would never be repeated. The mismanagement, incompetence, lack of ethics, widespread corruption, irresponsibility, a lack of commitment, here are factors that, against the background of an unprecedented moral crisis, it has led to the political and economic crisis that it has developed in the country, foreshadowing difficult days for all of us who live here.

Every action has a reaction; this is inevitable. Sowing is free, but the harvest is compulsory. That's why today we are reaping what was sown and grown in recent years in our land.

In the main work he wrote, Allan Kardec reported indirectly to the subject, when examined the response given by the spiritual benefactors to the issue 685 The Spirits’ Book:

“There is an element which is not normally considered in the balance and without it the economic science is nothing more than a simple theory. This element is education, not the intellectual education but moral education. We do not mean, however, the moral education of books but to that it is the art of forming the characters, in which instil habits, because education is the set of acquired habits.

Considering the alluvial individuals who every day are posted to the population of the stream, without principles, without brake and left to their own instincts, will wonder the disastrous consequences flowing therefrom?

When this art will be known, understood and practiced, man will have in the world habits of order and security for himself and to the others, from respect to all that is reputable, habits that will allow him to cross less painfully inevitable bad days.

Disorder and improvidence are two wounds that only a well-understood education can heal. That is the starting point, the real element of well-being, the pledge of security for all. "(The Spirits' Book, Third Part, chap. III, issue 685.)
(The italics are ours.)

Because of this, hopelessness in everywhere is whopping, which it is well characterized in the poem "Creed", from the teacher and poet from Ceará, Maria Eunice Martins Melo Aragon:

“(…) I just do not believe, Brazil,

In its politics,

So ridiculous demons

Bring hell to the country.

And I ask you, Brazil,

What will be your future? ...

I want out from this dark

And envision a light.

Brazil, my new betrayed Christ,

Powerful and mocked

Finally nailed to the cross.”

Everyone is aware that several junctures cause effectively periodic disruptions of the economic order, without being able to distinguish who is the causative agent. This is cyclical. This is linked to the law governing the economy market.

In Brazil there is, however, something quite different. According to our collaborator Estênio Negreiros in a text he wrote on the subject, the crisis that we report stems from erroneous or malicious procedures of an individual, a political party in a criminal group or a corrupt institution, acting together.

"At the present time - says Estênio - the country is grappling with the biggest political-financial scandal of the world and of all time, which core is our biggest state-owned company - Petrobras - which does not leave a single day of the Press pages and all media. The main cause of this debacle: the corrupt and immoral and unethical procedure of hundreds of unscrupulous people, business representatives and political parties, which confabulate with the sole purpose to raid the coffers of that oil giant to benefit them individually or their parties."

As if that has not been enough, the economic crisis that was camouflaged has come up, the inflation has shown its claws, and to make it even more difficult the lives of millions of Brazilians, worsened the water crisis, with its perverse consequences, which are the water shortages in the taps and the danger of successive blackouts in the supply of electricity.

It is therefore meaningless to the original question: What country is this?

Someone can answer it?
