Spiritist week, an event that requires the support of all 

It begins on the last Saturday of this month of June the 22th Londrina Spiritist Week, whose first edition was held in July 1992 under the auspices of the Spiritual Center Our Home.

Inspired by the Spiritists Weeks from a town in Minas Gerais Astolfo Dutra, the event in Londrina, which was then a novelty unknown in the Spiritist Paraná movement it established itself over the years and has become the most important spirit event that Londrina region has as a hub.

As we said, the organization of the first Londrina Spiritist Week was in charge of "Our Home", where in all 21 editions were given lectures and taught seminars and other programming items such as Spiritist Little Week and Cultural Night.

Only in the following year (1993) is that, as proposed by the direction of its own "Our Home", the event became the responsibility of USEL - Union of Spiritist Societies of Londrina, an organization that recently gave birth to URE Metropolitan Londrina, with approval of Spiritists Houses and Spiritist Federation of Paraná.

This year, the traditional event will present a novelty: the evening lectures will all be held in a large auditorium located in a school endowed with ample parking, the same place where it held the 1st Meeting Lins de Vasconcelos in December last year. We refer to the facilities of the INESUL College located at 198, Humberto Piccinin Street.

The initiative to bring the evening lectures to an environment outside the spiritual center, an idea that had already been contemplated for many years, it deserves the support of all spiritists, leaders and non-leaders, so that the Spiritist Week of Londrina, repeating what is traditionally done in pioneering cities in this type of activity - cases of Macaé and Astolfo Dutra-MG – it can be a common party to all the spiritual centers of the city, a unique moment of celebration of family spirit and an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and update knowledge of spiritual doctrine.

It would be really awesome if the Londrina event could ever reissue what was done at the time that Spiritists Weeks appeared, a fact that the reader may know by reading the interview in which the late confrere Antenor de Souza revealed as the Spiritists Weeks early were.
