Spiritism teaches, as has the Catholic Church has always taught that the union of soul and the body begins at conception. Here is a summary of the events in Mexico, as handed down by some confreres:

Mexico consists of 31 Member States and one Federal District. Each unit has its own federal Criminal Code. In 2007, the Federal District became legal practice of abortion is performed until the first three months of pregnancy, contrary to what most people think Mexican, who is against abortion.

States cited were based on the fact that the Supreme Court had decided in 2008 that the constitution of Mexico did not recognize the right to life for unborn children and therefore the decision to legislate on abortion or not, both in a sense and in another, was assigning sovereign local legislators.

Challenged by pro-abortion, constitutional amendments enacted by 18 states were submitted to the Supreme Court, which would, in the latter days of September, eventually manifest itself, a decision that, at the time the reader reads the present text certainly has been made.
