Luciano dos Anjos tells us about Herminio Corrêa
de Miranda

This week’s editorial "Fortunate or inglorious, our future depends on us alone" shows that our present and our future are intimately correlated, as links that comprise a single chain - the chain of life that never stops.

Our interview this week is the writer and journalist Luciano dos Anjos, from Rio de Janeiro-RJ. Great close friend to Hermínio Corrêa de Miranda, a well-known writer and researcher who recently disembodied, Luciano speaks in the interview - which is one of the highlights of this season - about the life, personality and the work of the esteemed colleague whom we all admire.

Another highlight of this issue is the special article titled "Past, Present and Future", written by our collaborator Felinto Elízio Duarte Campelo, from Maceió-AL. In his article, the colleague reminds us that our past was criminal, our present is repair, and our future will be of spiritual enhancement, towards the Lord of life.

The Spiritist Association House of the Humble, founded on May 2nd, 1965 in Recife-PE, is the focus of the special article written by our collaborator Marcel Bataglia, which is also one of the highlights of this edition.

On a day like today - August 11th - Andrew Jackson Davis, famous American medium and one of the pioneers of Spiritualism, was born in 1826. Born in Blooming Grove, New York, Davis passed away in Watertown, Massachusetts on January 13th, 1910, having left us important works such as “The Principles of Nature”, “Her Divine Revelations” and “Voice to Mankind”, among others.
