After Jesus'
crucifixion, Maria went
to live with John
1. The historians of the
Roman Empire always
observed with fright the
deep contrasts of
Augusto's glorious time.
Gaius Julius Caesar
Augustus had arrived at
the wrapped up power in
a series of happy
events. It had begun
with that energetic and
magnanimous youth a new
one was. The great
empire, as that
influenced by a group of
strange forces, rested
in a harmony wave and
joy, after secular and
dark wars. The glorious
landscape of Rome had
never gathered such as
great number of
intelligences, because
it was in that time that
Virgil, Horace, Ovid,
Sallust, Livy and Gaius
Maecenas appeared.
2. The reason of that
fright is due to the
fact that many
historians didn't feel
bill that was on that
same occasion that the
world met the Gospel.
They forgot that the
nobleman Octavius was
also man and, obviously,
they didn't get to know
that in his reign a
special cohort, related
to Christ's work,
approached the Earth, in
a deep vibration of love
and of beauty. Came up
to Rome and the world no
more warlike spirits,
like Hannibal or
Alexander, but others
who would dress in rags
fishermen to base the
indestructible eternal
teachings of the
Messiah. They immersed
in the planet’s fluids
the ones that would
prepare Jesus' arrival
and the ones that would
become humble and
immortal followers of
their divine steps.
3. Among those Spirits
stands out the person of
Maria of Nazareth, that,
assisting Jesus' request
done by occasion of the
crucifixion, it went to
live with John, to the
south of Ephesus,
distant three leagues
approximately of the
city. The simple house
in that the two started
to live located in a
promontory, from where
met casually the sea. In
the high of small hill,
distant from the men,
they met to cultivate
Jesus' permanent memory.
Landing and refuge of
the abandoned ones, the
simple house became a
point of adorable
assemblies, where the
Messiah's memories were
worshipped by humble and
sincere Spirits.
It was in Ephesus that
Maria passed to be
called Sacred Mary
4. Mary expressed their
memories and she spoke
of Jesus to maternal
compassion, while the
apostle commented on the
evangelical truths.
Great rows of persons in
need assist to the
generous ranch, and she
assisted the entire one
that sought exhibiting
their ulcers and needs.
His cottage was, then,
known by the name of
"House of the Holy." The
fact had had an origin
in certain occasion when
a leprous beggar, after
having diminished in
their wounds, kissed the
hands, murmuring: "Mrs.,
you are our Master's
mother and our Sacred
Mother!"
5. Besides Maria it was
for some years a
nobleman Spirit on which
we have few information:
he is Joseph. Very a
little in the speech
Joseph's Bible, but it
was in his presence that
Jesus was born and with
Maria he was when Jesus
was introduced in the
Temple and led later
Egypt. It was also him
who taught to the son
the simple carpenter
occupation. Everything
indicates, however, that
José had already left
for the spiritual world
when Jesus was
crucified, what would
explain the request done
by the Master so that
Maria went, starting
from that instant, to
live with John.
6. To receive Jesus'
mental influx, the
Gospel gives us news of
a small mediuns
congregation. We read
like this in the notes
so the Good News that
Zacharias and Isabel,
parents of John the
Baptist, the precursor
of Christ, they were
"both fair ones before
God"; that Maria,
Nazareth's simple youth,
that would welcome the
Messiah in their
maternal arms, if it
found in a praise
"position before the
Eternal Father"; that
Joseph from Galilee, the
male that it would take
him under paternal
protection, it was
"just"; that Simeon, the
self-denying friend that
awaited him in prayer,
for long time, was
"exactly and obedient to
God", and that Ana, the
widow that waited for
him in prayer, in the
temple of Jerusalem, was
always "serving God."
Among the born of woman,
the biggest was John the
Baptist
7. It is necessary that
we also detach John the
Baptist spiritual
illustration, son of
Isabel and Zacharias,
call "the precursor",
because it was him who
prepared Jesus' steps,
and it introduced him to
the world. John's coming
felt in circumstances
very matters, because,
besides, they be their
senior plenty parents,
Zacharias was attacked
of a temporary muteness
that only finished with
the son's birth. |
8. After John's birth.
that had been previously
in the Earth the great
prophet Elias, that
speaks King’s 1º Book,
chapter 17 - we will
find Batista in his
glorious task of
preparation of way to
the truth, preceding the
divine work of love that
the world would know in
Jesus Cristo. Skin dress
and feeding of wild
honey, explaining with
energy and letting to
decapitate in testimony
to the truth, John
preceded the mercy
lesson and kindness that
Jesus would bring soon
afterwards to the world.
9. Him if it felt,
indeed, "the voice that
shouts at the desert"
and he prepared "the
ways of the Lord." And
this way they presented
the Jews and Levites.
Classified by Jesus as
"the greatest born of
woman", he stood out for
his austerity in the way
of announcing the
Messiah, getting to
attract crowds that,
convicts of his moral
and spiritual
superiority, enter in
Jordan River to clean of
the "old man's" stains
and of there they left
clean of the body to
symbolize the cleaning
of the soul the one that
they aspirated.
