dynamics of the Spirit
The above thought opens the
special Five problems of
the concept of merit,
written by our collaborator
and member of the magazine's
Editorial Board, the doctor
and professor Ricardo Baesso
de Oliveira, from Juiz de
Fora (MG). In the article he
reminds us that, according
to spiritist teachings, it
depends only on the Spirit
to hasten its progress
towards perfection, which it
will achieve according to
its desire and submission to
the will of God. The article
is one of the highlights of
this edition.
Another highlight is the
interview given to us by
doctor Eric Vinícius Ávila
Pires, from Belo Horizonte
(MG). Master's student in
Health at the Center for
Research in Spirituality and
Health, at the Federal
University of Juiz de Fora,
he tells us about the
research he is carrying out
on memories of past lives,
based on and resuming the
investigations carried out
by the late Dr. Hernani
Guimarães Andrade.
On the 5th and 6th of
November last, the city of
Apucarana, located in the
north of Paraná, hosted the
20th Spring Meeting, an
event organized and carried
out by the Department of
Childhood and Youth of the
6th URE – Spiritist Regional
Union of the Spiritist
Federation of Paraná,
headquartered in the same
city. The event is part of
the preparations for EJEN
2024, a meeting of young
spiritists that takes place
annually during the carnival
period.
