With the present edition, whose highlights are described below, we conclude our activities for 2017. The magazine resumes a new edition on January 7, 2018.
Taking the chance of the opportunity, we thank our readers and collaborators for their attention and generosity conferred on the magazine in the year that is ending, wishing everyone a great Christmas and a happy 2018.

"Doing good is important; and without ostentation, even better", this is the title of this week's editorial, in which, motivated by the feelings that Christmas awakens to us, we recall one of the valuable teachings that Jesus bequeathed to us.

He has been Spirit for ten years, natural and resident in São José do Rio Preto (SP), Allê De Paula is our interviewee. Physiotherapist and Physical Education professional, the confrere participates as a collaborator of the activities carried out by the Spirit Association Paulo de Tarsus. In his interview he tells us about the importance of the Spirit Magazine, a journal founded by Kardec.

Antonio Cesar Perri Carvalho, former president of USE and Brazilian Spirit Federation, is the author of the especial titled “150 years of Genesis – the reliability of the first French editions”, which the focus is the book Kardec describes important issues highlighted in its book: the genesis of the world, miracles and predictions according the Spiritism.

A simple idea did students at healthy area and members of Academic Department of AME-Brazil set up in letters their doubts through the patron of the association, Dr. Adolfo Bezerra de Menezes. It came from it the book “Letters to dr. Bezerra de Menezes”, organized by Marcus Renato Ribeiro, and it is shown by Giovana Campos in an especial report which is also one of the spots of this edition.
