A chat with the journalist Adriana Brumer Lourencini


“Taking care of what we think is, as prayer, essential” is the title and the theme of our editorial, which reminds us the importance of surveillance in our life.

Our interview in the present edition is the journalist Adriana Brumer Lourencini, editor of the journal Colmeia de Luz (Honeycomb of Light), in Indaiatuba (SP), where she lives. She is the coordinator of the disclosure steps of USE Indaiatuba, she tells us in the interview about her experience in the spirit midst.

The confrere Orson Peter Carrara, member of the Editorial Board of this magazine, is the author of the especial titled “Magnetic Field”, in which he examines the relationship between Magnetism and Spiritism and its importance in spirit practices. The article is one of the highlights of this edition.

“Two people, one goal: donation of time” is the title of an especial report written by Marcel Bataglia Gonçalves about the work done by the Mother’s Club – Girl Home, philanthropic entity founded in November 1954 in Rio do Sul in the South of Brazil. The report is one of the spot of this week. 

In a day like today, - January, 22nd – disembodied in the year 1909 in São Paulo (SP), Antônio Gonçalves da Silva, known as Batuíra. He was born in Portugal, in Águas Santas’ parish, being part of the board of Maia, he emigrated when he was 11 to Brazil and he settled here, becoming later one of the greatest figure of Spiritism in our country.
