We must be prepared to meet those who arrive

Unlike what it is said in the book Trabalhadores de Última Hora (Workers of the Last Hour), psychographic work by Carlos A. Baccelli and Special object published in this same issue, there is no drain in spirit centers.

On contrary. This statement, as well noted by José Passini in the said book analysis, it is completely unfounded, since what it is seen is exactly the opposite: the number of people who have come to spirit centers is growing.

The subject is also focused on the interview given to us by Claudia Majdalani, who operates in the spirit bookstore COBEM - Bezerra de Menezes House of Prayer and Spirit Center Harvest Star, in Salvador (BA).

Claudia Majdalani has given this statement: "Spirit centers are getting a great demand and need to be prepared for that audience."

We do not believe that such phenomenon - steady growth in the number of people coming to the spirit centers - constitutes novelty in our midst.

There are spirit centers, as it is happening with "Our Home", main spirit institution of Londrina (PR), which there is no more space to welcome such great demand, a fact that requires the multiplication of study groups and public meetings, in which the lecture followed by passes is a special attraction.

The question that arises then it is not concerned, however, as only physical space, but fundamentally to prepare people to receive well and provide adequate guidance to those who arrive.

This was indeed the reason that originated to GEEAG – Spirit Study Group Abel Gomes in Londrina (PR), working since February 2000 at the Spirit Center Our Home.

The idea of GEEAG Foundation was born from an event that occurred in July 1998 in Minas Gerais, when Abel Gomes (Spirit) sent a group of spirits from Minas Gerais at a special meeting held in spirituality, an important message related to spirit guidelines movement relative to the first moments of the century XXI, which it would begin shortly.

According to Abel Gomes, spirit leaders of the spirit movement asked for being given then on spirit midst, special emphasis on the creation of small groups of studies for the Brazilian spirits could be prepared more intensively with a view to purchase conditions to adequately meet the people who, in increasing numbers, would hit the gates of Spirit Centers.

The forecast of the known spiritual mentor with respect to the increase in demand was full confirmed and his proposal is still current, therefore needing the attention of all who are in charge of the direction of a spirit house.

After all, we all know that no one can give more than it has, and for someone to teach it first need to learn.

There is, in this sense, a well-known saying that a blind man cannot lead another blind man, a fact that Jesus did not escape from, that it referred to a well-known warning recorded by the Evangelists: "And if the blind leads the other, shall fall both in the same ditch" (Matthew 15:14).
