What a happy afternoon!

Isabela was walking in the mall with her parents when she saw a machine full of stuffed animals inside. In it the child could move the buttons and make the large clamp inside the machine hold the chosen animal and place it in the right place so that it would slide out of the machine and the child would get a new toy.

For the machine to work, it was necessary to pay five dollars. Isabela looked at the machine with profound desire of getting a little animal like that.

- Dad, can we try to win one? - she asked.

- Let's try, Isa!

They put the money in the machine and the father explained to the girl how she should do it. Isabela chose to try to catch a pink teddy bear. She moved the buttons, the tweezers went to the animal and, when she least expected it, she got it.

What a joy! The girl was jumping, her parents were also celebrating…

It wasn't easy to win. Most of the time, it didn't work. Therefore, Isabela hugged her new toy, feeling very happy.

After walking around a lot and having a delicious snack, the family went to the booth to pay for parking. The father paid and received five dollars note in change.

- Look, Isa! Looks like you're in luck today. Shall we try to get a stuffed animal again? - He said, with an encouraging smile.

- Yay! Let’s do it! - Isabela replied, excited.

The girl put the note in the machine, moved the buttons and... She did get it again!!

Isabela even screamed with joy. She almost couldn't believe that she had won twice and now had two beautiful stuffed animals.

Their celebration caught the attention of the people who were there. A little girl approached and stared at Isabela with her teddy bears. She wore a disposable mask on her face and her little head had no hair.

Isabela's parents realized that the girl was probably experiencing a serious health problem, because treatments with strong medicines can make hair fall out.

Isabela was surprised by the girl's appearance and the way she looked at her. Therefore, her mother explained quietly:

- Daughter, this girl must be going through some very difficult health problems. She's looking at you, maybe because she would also like a teddy bear.

Isabela was so happy with everything that had happened that afternoon that she felt like sharing what she felt.

She looked at the little girl, stretched out her arm and offered her the biggest teddy bear.

- This one's for you! - she said.

The little girl picked up the bear and hugged it. No one could see her big smile because of the mask. But her eyes showed her happiness.

Isabela's parents were moved by their daughter's gesture. They were very happy that she had won the teddy bears, but they were even happier with their daughter's beautiful gesture.

Going home, Isabela carried her teddy bear in her arms and a smile on her face.

What a happy afternoon!
