the “A Doutrina Explica”
competition is an initiative
of the newspaper Brasília
Espírita, an
organization maintained by
Grêmio Espírita Atualpa
Barbosa Lima, from
Brasília-DF, in partnership
with Web Rádio Estação da
Luz, the magazine O
Consolador and the newspaper
O Imortal, whose objective
is to discover new spiritist
writers and columnists.
Registration and submission
of works have a deadline of
October 10, 2023, as shown
in a special article
published in this edition.
Liz Maria Rajab was born and
still lives in
Araraquara-SP; she is our
interviewee. With a degree
in Biochemical Pharmacy,
where she worked
professionally in the
industrial area, and is now
retired, she is president of
the Ismael Spiritist Center,
one of the oldest spiritist
institutions in her city.
The interview, which she
kindly gave us, she talks
about her experience in
spiritist work and it is one
of the highlights of this
edition.
“Allan Kardec facing the
report on the manifestation
of animal spirits” is the
title of the Special written
by our editorial colleague
and well-known writer Paulo
Neto, from Belo
Horizonte-MG. It is divided
into two parts, the article
focuses on a topic that is
generally surrounded by
controversy within the
spiritist world and, for
this reason, deserves close
attention from our readers.
