Lifestyle
and its influence on human
health
The above theme was the
central focus of the lecture
that psychiatrist Gláucia
Lima, from Lisbon, Portugal,
gave on the theme
“Lifestyles and mental
health” on January 20,
within the celebrations of
the 20th anniversary of the
Center for Spiritist Culture
(CCE), from Caldas da Rainha,
Portugal. The report,
authored by our collaborator
José Lucas, is one of the
highlights of this edition.
Another highlight is the
interview that Marize
Aparecida Bastos Freesz,
from the Ivon Costa
Spiritist Center, in Juiz de
Fora (MG), gave to our
writing colleague Orson
Peter Carrara. Our
interviewee works in the
spiritist movement as a
speaker and as leader of an
online study group, but her
main focus has been songs
for child evangelization and
storytelling.
Marcus Braga, from Rio de
Janeiro (RJ), is the author
of the special entitled “Do
we need a serpentarium in
moral laws?”, in which he
analyzes the Moral Laws
contained in the third part
of The Spirits´ Book,
proposing at the end, for
the reader's reflection,
this question: - After more
than 160 years, such laws,
as they are in the cited
book, meet the reality of
modern society?
