Questions

A. How can display the meetings spiritists?

B. How useful are the meetings for the study?

C. What conditions are necessary for a spiritist meeting?

D. The causes of disturbances in a spiritist group, are rooted only inside of the incarnate?

Text for reading

376. Everything that was said about the meetings generally applies naturally Societies spiritists properly constituted. The bond that should unite the members of the society or association, unless there is between those who perceive and understand the moral purpose of Spiritualism and apply themselves. Among those who see it more or less curious facts, no bond can be serious. (Item 334)

377. A society where these feelings were shared by all, where the components come together in order to be educated by the teachings of spirits, would not only be feasible but also indissoluble. (Item 334)

378. The difficulty, though large, meet growing number of homogeneous elements leads us to say that in the interest of the studies and the good of the cause itself, must tend spiritists meetings prior to the multiplication of small groups, rather than the formation of large agglomerations. These groups, corresponding with each other, looking up, exchanging observations, can form the core of the great family spiritist. (Item 334)

379. Aggregates few, everyone knows each other better and there is more certainty as to the effectiveness of the elements that come to them. The silence and recollection are easier and it is as a family. Large assemblies exclude intimacy, the variety of elements that compose it. The divergence of character, ideas, opinions, and then you draw better offers disturbing Spirits easier to sow discord. (Item 335)

380. Besides the notoriously ill-intentioned people who insinuate themselves in meetings, there are those who, by the very nature, can lead to disturbance where they go: never, so too will all the circumspection on admission of fresh evidence. The most damaging in this case are not ignorant of the matter, not even those who do not believe: the conviction only acquired by experience and there are people who want clarified in good faith. Those against whom more precautions should be taken are the preconceived systems, obstinate unbelievers who doubt everything, even the evidence, and the proud who, pretending to have the privilege of light infused, looking everywhere impose their opinions and look with disdain for those who do not think like them. (Item 338)

381. It is wrong to believe that the meetings devoted especially to not require physical manifestations and fraternal environment seriously. The fact that they do not require as stringent conditions to its conclusion, it does not follow that they can watch and very slight of mind be mistaken who suppose there is absolutely zero of the contest assistants. (Item 342)

382. Many people think that "The Spirits Book" has exhausted it, about morality and philosophy. It's a mistake. (Item 343)

383. Contact with high spirits allows us to extend the framework of the studies. In addition to psychological issues, which have a limit, we can offer them a multitude of moral problems, which extend to infinity on all positions of life, about the best conduct to be observed in this or that circumstance, about our duties etc.. (Item 344)

384. The spontaneous reports provide a myriad of subjects to study. In such cases, everything is put in wait for the subject to that Spirit Praza treat. One should not forget, however, the need to comment on them, then carefully for consideration of all ideas that bracket. Made with severity, this exam is the best guarantee against the intrusion of spirits mystifying. (Item 345)

Answers to questions

A. How can display the meetings spiritists?

The spiritists meetings require special conditions, and we would be in error if we compared to ordinary societies. According to their nature, may be frivolous, experimental or instructive. Meetings are frivolous which is composed of people who only see the fun side of the demonstrations, which have fun with facetiae of trifling spirits, and wonder where all sorts of trivia, you do read the "buena Dicha" and a thousand other things this genre. Meetings are experimental that aim to produce physical manifestations. This kind of experience has an undeniable usefulness, because they were made ??to discover the laws that govern the unseen world. If addressed methodically and prudently, will get much better results. Briefings are those with which we take the true teaching and for that we should be serious, or occupy themselves with useful stuff, excluded  all others. (The Mediums Book, items 324-327).

B. How useful are the meetings for the study?

The study meetings are of immense utility to the mediums and for people who have a serious desire to improve. The spiritist instruction not only understands the moral teaching given by spirits, but also the study of facts: it is incumbent on the theory of all phenomena, the search for causes and as a result, verification of what is possible and what not is, in a word, observing everything that can advance science. (Ibid., items 328 and 329.)

C. What conditions are necessary for a spiritist meeting?

A meeting is a collective being whose qualities and properties are the result of all those of its members and form a kind of beam; herein, this beam will be much harder for the more homogeneous. The entire assembly spiritist must therefore tend to homogeneity large as possible. You must still gathering and sharing of thoughts, and experience the proven fact that small inner circles are always more favorable to good condition that the meeting should meet. Other important factors are the regular meetings and the moral dispositions of its components. (Ibid., items 331-333).

D. The causes of disturbances in a spiritist group, are rooted only inside of the incarnate?

No. disturbers are also in the invisible world. Similarly there protecting spirits for companies, cities and nations, rogue spirits cling to groups as individuals. Cling first to the weakest, the most accessible, and seek to make them instruments, then try wrapping the set. Every time a group so that a person falls into the loop, it must be confessed that there is an enemy in the field, a wolf in the fold and that should remain in custody because it is more than likely that he will multiply his attempts. If not discourage a vigorous resistance, the obsession becomes so contagious as an evil, manifested in the disruption of mediums mediumship and other feelings of hostility, the perversion of the moral sense of harmony and disruption. (Ibid., item 340.)
