A tribute to Lamartine

There are people who do not believe in the power of praying and consequently they do not pray during their entire existence, until a difficult situation comes. This is the theme of this week’s editorial entitled Why Pray? 

Among the highlights of this edition, we would like to call attention to the interview conceded by Dalva Silva Souza, from Vitória (Espírito Santo State) to our colleague Orson Peter Carrara. During the interview Dalva speaks about our dear comrade Lamartine Palhano Junior, one of the brightest researchers of Spiritism in Brazil, who passed away ten years ago. 

Another important highlight of this edition is the special entitled Chaos and Cosmos, in which our colleague Sergio Thiesen, from Rio de Janeiro, talks about the order, organization, beauty and harmony that characterize the universe, this extraordinary work that we owe to God, Our Father.

The VII Regional Spiritist Social Communication Meeting took place on the 14 and 15th of August, it was promoted by FEP and coordinated by the confrere Merhy Seba, as shown in a special report which is part of this edition and one of its highlights.
