Letter to the reader Portuguese Spanish
Year 3 - N° 153 – April 11, 2010
  Translation
Fernanda Trebien / ftrebien@hotmail.com

The magazine O Consolador has completed 3 years

This magazine was launched on the 18th April 2007 and at that time nobody imagined the challenges we would find ahead of us. After all, to prepare a magazine’s weekly edition depends on the work of many people; this is the theme of this week’s editorial entitled “36 months later”.

One of the highlights of the week is the interview conceded by Divaldo Franco to the journalist Fernanda Borges, in which our confrere talks about current topics and assures that Chico Xavier is a worthy example to be followed by anyone.

Another highlight of this edition is the special from Angelica Ramirez about the third anniversary of this magazine. During its 36 months of existence, the online magazine has been accessed by 95 countries, located in the five continents of the globe. During the same period it was recorded 3,488,187 pages printed and 657,790 downloads.

Our confrere Nuno Emanuel, the magazine’s correspondent in Lisbon, tells us all about the seminar which was promoted by the Spiritist Group Batuíra to celebrate Chico Xavier’s centenary. The story is also one of the highlights of this edition.
