The document “Dominus Jesus”, approved by Vatican, which much hurt the protestant evangelists, is one more act on the top of many other unnecessary and inconvenient acts from the same source, not to mention that is completely useless, given that the conditions for the a human being’s salvation have already been precisely defined by Jesus, as shows this week’s editorial, entitled An unnecessary and importunate document.

One of the headlines in the present edition is the interview that the confrere Vinicius Lousada, coordinator of the Department of Systematized Studies of the Spiritist Doctrine (ESDE) of the Spiritist Federation of Rio Grande do Sul state, conceded to our collaborator and editor Antônio Augusto Nascimento, in which the confrere talks about his journey and experiences.

Another headline in this number is the special article, entitled Invasion of Spirits from Umbral, in which Maria Eny Rossetini Paiva, from Lins-SP, analyses the youth movement in the 60’s and its consequences.

It was on 14th March 1999, in the Auditorium Dr. Ivahir de Freitas Garcia, of ADPESP, that the 1st State Conference of the Spiritist Police Delegates toke place. The event resulted in the foundation of the UDEsp (Union of the Spiritist Police Delegates of Sao Paulo State) some time later, as the report by Davilson Silva shows, constituting one of the headlines in this edition.
