One of the highlights of this issue is the interview delivered to the journalist Katia Fabiana Fernandes, from London, by the British psychiatrist Dr. Andrew Powell, who will coordinate next October, in the English capital, the seminar “Working with Soul in Illness and in Health”, organized by the British Union of Spiritist Societies (BUSS) and the Spirit Release Foundation.

Founder of the Group of Special Interest in Spirituality and Psychiatry of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in London and an important collaborator of BUSS in several events about Medicine and spirituality held in the United Kingdom, this is the main topic of the interview, which reveals why Dr. Andrew Powell is considered one of the greatest defenders, in the UK, of the link of these two points in medical treatments, mainly in Psychiatry.

Another highlight of this issue is the article “Meat: to eat or not eat? This is the question”, in which our collaborator Leonardo Marmo Moreira examines the important subject of the meat consumption and its implications.

Claudia Werdine, correspondent of this magazine in Europe, shows, in a special story, the response of the Seminar about Mediumship delivered in early September in the Dutch city of Enscheda. The event, promoted by the Spiritist Group Leon Denis, with the support of the Dutch Spiritist Council, was delivered by the confrere Umberto Werdine, from Wien.
