Christmas and the frequency of love

The bells ring once again to let us know that Christmas has returned. With it, the desires of the child that we keep alive within us, waiting to be graced by the good old man with our “Christmas present”.

It is not my purpose to discuss Christmas legends here, but rather to promote some reflections on this period in the Christian calendar: What do we really need? What would we ask, in a little letter, for the good old man to answer us?

During a turbulent year on our planet, with the pandemic still in alert and medical-sanitary care phase; wars still taking lives; people dissatisfied with the results of their life stories; the world population increasing significantly, concentrated in the metropolises of the nations as a harbinger of the lack of food for survival; hatred taking over the debates; social discussions and reviews overlapping with class struggles; families in emotional maladjustment or severe conflicts; parents and children fighting each other and prioritizing antagonism, causing deep psychic wounds in socio-educational centers and reaching families as the maximum cell, are just some of the reasons for us to reflect on the questions proposed.

It seems to me that the legitimate honoree is certainly embarrassed by what we did with his seeds of love, which He left planted throughout the world, especially in our consciences, but which have not yet germinated enough to overwhelm so many mistaken behaviors.

Its effect, sung in verse and prose, seems not to have reached its ultimate purpose, which is to make the human soul better than at the time when He, the Master, was walking among us in the body of a man on this incredible planet.

What is happening to us?

Has the attentive reader already made this brief reflection?

It seems that a part of humanity, that is, us, is not doing “our homework”. Both young people, adults and long-lived people, for the most part, find themselves in emotional imbalance, in need of urgent psycho-spiritual therapy, to resume the path of adjustments to humanized human behavior, in the direction pointed out by the gospels and so well explained by Paul of Tarsus in 1st Corinthians, 13: “Love is patient, it is kind; love is not envious, it is not arrogant, it is not ambitious, it does not seek its own interests, it is not irritated, it does not bear resentment for evil suffered, it does not rejoice in injustice, but rejoices in the truth; excuses everything, believes everything, hopes everything, supports everything.”

The word “love” certainly appeared with Jesus, when he gave a specific meaning to this energy that transforms people, redirecting paths and purposes.

When Master Jesus left us the great commandment of the Law, in response to the Pharisee who questioned him: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And the second, similar to this, is: Love your neighbor as you love yourself. All the Law and the prophets depend on these two commandments” (Matthew, 22: 37 to 40), it was characterized as a vibration that until then was unknown on Earth.

Science, increasingly adjusted in research, has offered vast material for our understanding and knowledge of what is invisible to our physical eyes, but perceptible to feelings and emotions. Nowadays, it is possible to establish numerical values in the energies that vibrate from our thoughts, feelings, and emotions, thanks to Dr. David Hawkins, an American psychiatrist and writer, who since 1970 has dedicated his life to the study of human emotions, building a scale of values that measure the vibrational frequencies of each human emotion in numerical value measured in Hertz (Hz).

On the aforementioned scale, the frequency of love measures 528 Hertz, which research suggests has healing power and is therefore used by church priests and healers from ancient civilizations to achieve “miracles”.

In Matthew 15: 30 and 31, we find the following quote: And many crowds came to Him, bringing with them the lame, the blind, the maimed, the mute, and many others, and they left them at the feet of Jesus, and He healed them. The people were amazed to see that the mute spoke, the crippled recovered their health, the lame walked and the blind saw. And they glorified the God of Israel. Which makes us believe that the cures and miracles promoted by Jesus and taught to the apostles were obtained using the resources of science, which until then were unknown to men. In the healing of Peter's mother-in-law, He just took her by the hand and the fever left her. She got up and began to serve him (Matthew, 8: 15).

Spiritist literature is permeated with stories and facts that confirm the cures achieved by people who resorted to this practice, with faith and trust. In the book “Beautiful Cases” by Bezerra de Menezes, Ramiro Gama describes the following episode that occurred when leaving Dr. Bezerra's office: A man who had taken his wife for consultation in the morning had waited for him until the end of the day. Crying, he questions Dr. Bezerra saying: “I don't have money to buy the medicines you filled in the prescription. My wife is burning with a fever. For mercy, doctor, help me!” Our lovely Dr. Bezerra, overcome by the emotion of the moment, says to that man: “I have no coins to give you. The last ones stayed with the last customer served. However, give her this hug and tell her it is in the name of Jesus.” The man was involved in the healing frequency, which was then transmitted to his wife, who was certainly cured.

In my opinion, it is characterized that the vaccine in the fight against all apparent and hidden evils, which nowadays are disruptive elements of good coexistence and social conflicts, has a name endorsed by our guide and model, Jesus: it is called LOVE! This vibrational frequency that humanity finds itself forgotten or denying its existence.

Science and Religion are certainly already connected. It now remains for us to put these new concepts into daily practice in our habits, rescuing Love in its greatest essence, as it was taught and practiced by Jesus two thousand years ago.

Here is our suggestion for the letter we should send to Santa Claus:

“This Christmas, I want to receive and give Love as a gift!”
