How can you recognize the true spiritist according to Kardec?

The answer to this question is well known by spiritists in general and can be seen in chap. XVII of the work The Gospel according to Spiritism, in which the codifier of the spiritist doctrine stated: “A true spiritist is recognized by his moral transformation and by the efforts he employs to tame his evil inclinations”. The subject, with all its implications, is examined by the writer Eurípedes Kühl in a special text that makes up the highlights of this edition.
