Magazine, a magazine he
founded, is the theme of the
Special that illustrates
this edition, authored by
the speaker and writer Orson
Peter Carrara, member of the
Editorial Board of our
magazine. Cairbar's phrase

On February 3, 1974, the
young Jair Presente, 24
years old at the time, died
of drowning in the waters of
