Atheism reaches 11% of the planets’
population

on atheism issue whose
adepts have become around
749 million of people, 11%
of the population of the
world where we live in. The
data written by him on the
Especial “The inexplicable
persistence of atheism” are
really impressive. In
France, for instance, a
traditional catholic
country, the number of
atheists reaches 54% of its
population. This percentage
is even higher in Sweden,
85% of its inhabitants do
not believe in God´s
existence. The article is
one of this number spots.

The Spirit Federation of the
Federal District promoted in
April the 5thSpirit
Congress of the Federal
District with the theme “God
and I, how are we?”. It
happened at the Ulysses
Guimarães Convention Centre
in Brasília. The event put
together at around two
thousand people among
adults, young people and
